About Adelaide Collective and these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website, contact us through it or follow a link to purchase one of our products. The website is not currently a checkout: purchases and payments are completed through our eBay shop.
Purchases made through eBay
A product order is placed on eBay and is subject to the individual listing, checkout information, applicable eBay rules and these terms where relevant. The contract for goods remains between the buyer and Adelaide Collective as the seller.
Products, descriptions and availability
We take reasonable care to describe cards, frames, materials, condition and included contents accurately. Photographs form part of the listing, but screen settings can affect colour and handmade pieces may have minor, non-material variations.
Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds
Our dedicated Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages explain the practical process. Nothing in them excludes rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other mandatory consumer law.
Strong magnets and glass frames
Art, Continued frames contain strong magnetic components and glass. Keep the product, packaging and loose parts away from children and pets.
- Never put a magnet in the mouth or nose. Seek urgent medical help if ingestion is suspected.
- Keep magnets away from pacemakers, implanted medical devices and magnet-sensitive equipment.
- Support the frame when fitting or removing the protected card case.
- Do not use the product if the glass, case, backing or magnetic points are loose, cracked or damaged.

Pokémon, its characters, logos, cards and original illustrations are the property of their respective rights holders. Adelaide Collective is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but may update, suspend or remove content without notice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
