- Transaction information, including orders, delivery, returns and refunds. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details from eBay.
- Communications, reviews, requests, complaints and photographs you choose to send.
- Limited technical information produced when the website is used.

We use personal information where needed for a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interests or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information, operate an email-marketing list or use personal information for automated decisions with significant effects.

How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are generally kept for up to 24 months. Order, payment, tax and accounting records may generally be kept for up to six years.
