We do not currently take orders or payments directly through this website. The delivery service, cost, estimated arrival window and available destinations shown on the individual eBay listing form part of your order. If information on this page differs from a listing, the information displayed on eBay when you purchase will apply.

At this stage of our business journey, we deliver to mainland United Kingdom and selected European countries where delivery is enabled on the relevant eBay listing. Not every item or service will be available to every destination.
We hope to expand our shipping options as Adelaide Collective grows.
Dispatch times and tracking
Each listing shows our handling time and eBay’s estimated delivery window. Once an order is dispatched, available tracking information will be added to the eBay order. Please make sure the delivery address attached to your eBay order is complete and correct before paying.
Protective packaging
Pokémon cards are sleeved and protected for transit. Art, Continued frames are packed with particular care around the glass, card case and magnetic components. Please retain the outer packaging until you have inspected your order.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If an order is late, missing or arrives damaged, please use the relevant option in your eBay Purchase History. We will work with you through eBay to investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
Do not use or assemble an item with broken glass or loose magnets. Keep children and pets away and contact us promptly.
European deliveries and import charges
International delivery may take longer and may be subject to local customs processes, taxes or import charges. Any charges collected by eBay will be shown during checkout.
